Dear Logan Families,

Welcome back! I hope you had a relaxing Thanksgiving holiday! Please take a moment to read through this week’s weekly update. In it, I’ve included information about:

  • Report Card Reminder

  • AAPS Weather Guidelines

  • Label Clothes

  • Important Upcoming Dates

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Will Wright

Report Card Reminder

Report cards will be sent home electronically on Tuesday, November 30 after 4:00pm. IEP progress reports will be sent home as hard copies on Tuesday, November 30 as well.

AAPS Weather Guidelines

I want to remind all Logan families that we go outside every day. Please send appropriate clothing for the weather every day. On days when the temperature and/or wind chill are below 0ºF students will not have recess outside. We will also stay inside if there is significant rain. All other times, we go out! Make sure your child is prepared!

Label Clothes

With all of the additional winter clothing coming to school, our lost and found is beginning to fill up. We’ll have some opportunities for kids to come claim lost items, but we highly recommend labeling ALL clothing items your child brings to school. This includes jackets, hats, gloves, scarves, boots, etc. It makes it so much easier to return lost items to the students when they’re labeled.

  • Wednesday, December 1 - Friday, December 3 - Hearing and Vision Screenings at Logan
