Winter Giving at Logan
The Logan staff has been hard at work making sure that we’re supporting all of our Logan Leopards, and we are beginning two different giving campaigns to support our families. First, we want to make sure that all students have warm winter gear so we are looking for donations of gently used winter clothing items. We created this Sign Up Genius with all of the needs we’ve identified so far. If you have any of these items, please “sign up” for that slot and send your donated item to the main office at Logan. Please make sure the items are clean prior to donating. Put your donated items in a bag and label the bag with the name you used in the Sign Up Genius. You’ll also notice a few items on the list that are not winter gear related. These items are part of the Christmas giving support campaign (see below).
We are also supporting families who celebrate Christmas. We have created this Amazon wish list to help make giving easy. If you’d like to donate a gift to a Logan Leopard, simply select an item from this list and purchase it. Please have the item shipped to your house and then send it to the school. Be sure to label the item “Donation for Winter Giving.”

Lost and Found Reminder
The lost and found is full! If your child is missing something, please stop by Logan to see if you can find it. The lost and found is currently located at the front entrance. Feel free to pop in during arrival, dismissal, or if you’re visiting during the day.
Reminder About Reporting Absences
When reporting your absence, please remember to tell us your child’s first and last name, their teacher, and the reason for their absence. Absences can be reported by email at our attendance address at log_attendance@aaps.k12.mi.us or by calling the school office at 734-994-1807 before the start of the school-day. There is voicemail available to record messages when the office is closed or when the office staff is unavailable to answer the phone.
