This is Staff Appreciation Week, and I want to share how fortunate we are to have such an exceptional team at Logan. Our staff brings energy, creativity, and heart to everything they do, and our students benefit from their dedication every single day. They create an environment where every child feels seen, supported, and excited to learn. They go above and beyond to build meaningful connections with our students and families, and they celebrate each child's unique gifts and strengths.
I hope you'll take a moment this week to let our Logan staff know how much they mean to you and our community. Whether it's a note, a kind word, or a simple thank you, your appreciation makes a real difference.

No School Tomorrow for Students
Please note that there is no school for students tomorrow. Staff will be participating in professional development. We look forward to seeing students back on Wednesday!
Early Release Day Next Week
Please mark your calendars for Thursday, May 14, which is an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 11:50 AM. This half day allows our teachers time for report writing. Please arrange for pickup or after-care accordingly.
Before and After Care for the 2026-2027 School Year - Registration Info
Attention, Attention! Rec and Ed is happy to announce that registration will be open for AM and PM care for Fall 2026. Please mark your calendars for Wednesday, May 13 at 10am to register your student(s) for the AM and PM program!
Scholarship opportunities are available to qualified families and applications will open on May 1. Please call 734-994-2300 ext 53253 or email aapschildcare@aaps.k12.mi.us for questions! We look forward to seeing your students in the Fall!
