Dear Logan Families,
This week is Teacher Appreciation Week. It is Logan’s tradition to celebrate and honor all of the staff who work to support Logan students during Teacher Appreciation Week. We are so fortunate to have such an incredible staff here at Logan, and I consider it a privilege to work alongside them everyday. Thank you to our amazing PTO for organizing a week of appreciations. If you haven’t already, take a moment to connect with a staff member who has had a positive impact on your child and let them know that you appreciate them.
I also wanted to thank everyone who participated in the Logan Family Traditions and Heritage Festival. It is always one of my favorite events, and this year’s celebration was no exception. Thank you to everyone who contributed! Special thanks to our planning committee for organizing such a wonderful event and to our PTO for supporting it.

No School Reminder
This is a reminder that there is no school for students tomorrow, Tuesday, May 2, 2023. School will resume on Wednesday, May 3, 2023.
Lost and Found
The lost and found is full again. If your child is missing something, please stop by Logan to see if you can find it. The lost and found is currently located at the front entrance. Feel free to pop in during arrival, dismissal, or if you’re visiting during the day. We plan to have the lost and found out for two weeks before getting rid of any unclaimed items.
AAPS Listen and Learn: Community Conversation
We value the input of our students, families, staff and community members, and we are currently engaging our Ann Arbor community in a conversation as we plan for the future of the Ann Arbor Public Schools. Through May 26th, you can join the conversation via the online ThoughtExchange here and learn more about Listen and Learn 2023 here.
